With this plan, you can freely use the private sauna space for 7 hours from 10:00 to 17:00.
Meals and all-you-can-drink beverages are included, making it easy to enjoy the sauna experience without bringing anything.
Additionally, amenities such as towels and sauna ponchos are fully provided. Options like BBQ and campfires can also be added upon request.

How to Spend a Day Enjoying the Sauna Party Plan
The popular “Sauna Party Plan” at Nasu Utopia can actually be enjoyed as a day trip from Tokyo by Shinkansen.
It’s also recommended for refreshing weekends with close friends or company teams.
Here, we introduce an example of a day trip plan from Tokyo Station.
🕘 9:00 Depart Tokyo Station (Tohoku Shinkansen)
Depart Tokyo Station on the Tohoku Shinkansen “Yamabiko”.
Arrive at Nasu-Shiobara Station in about 70 minutes.
🕥 10:15 Arrive at Nasu-Shiobara Station → Transfer by Shuttle or Rental Car
It takes about 25-30 minutes by car to Nasu Utopia.
Transfers by Nasu Utopia’s shuttle, rental car, or taxi are convenient.
🕚 11:00 Arrive at Nasu Utopia → Start Sauna Party!
Once you arrive at the private sauna area, your free sauna time begins immediately.

【Sauna Party Plan Terms of Use】
These terms of use define the conditions for using the “Sauna Party Plan” (hereinafter referred to as “this plan”) provided by Nasu Utopia (hereinafter referred to as “our facility”). Those who make reservations and participate in this plan (hereinafter referred to as “users”) are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 1 (Usage Time)
- The usage time for this plan is up to 7 hours from 10:00 to 17:00.
- Extensions are not possible, so please use within the designated time.
Article 2 (Fees & Payment)
- The fee will be the amount presented at the time of reservation (tax included).
- Payment can be made in advance or on-site on the day.
- Additional charges may apply for options such as food, drinks, and rental items.
Article 3 (Cancellations & Changes)
- On the day of reservation: 100% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
- 1 day before the reservation date: 80% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
- 2 days before the reservation date: 60% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
- 3 days before the reservation date: 50% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
- 4 days before the reservation date: 30% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
- 5 days before the reservation date: 20% of the accommodation fee (tax included)
※The above policy generally applies even in cases of delays or non-arrival due to bad weather or traffic conditions.
Article 4 (Usage Conditions & Prohibited Acts)
The following acts are prohibited during use:
- Acts contrary to public order and morals, excessive drinking, loud noises or disturbances
- Use by minors only (guardian accompaniment is required)
- Bringing pets (please consult in advance if there are special circumstances)
- Damage or removal of equipment and fixtures
- Bringing in fire devices (BBQ equipment is limited to those provided by our facility)
If violations are confirmed, use may be immediately suspended and damages may be claimed.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- Our facility assumes no responsibility for health issues or accidents related to the use of the sauna or cold bath.
- Using the sauna after drinking is very dangerous. Please manage your health and use responsibly.
- Please manage your valuables at your own risk. We are not responsible for theft or loss.
Article 6 (Other)
- User information will be used for reservation management and service improvement and will not be provided to third parties.
- These terms may be changed without notice.
