With this plan, you can freely use the private sauna space for 7 hours from 10:00 to 17:00.

Additionally, amenities such as towels and sauna ponchos are fully provided. Options like BBQ and campfires can also be added upon request.

The popular “Sauna Party Plan” at Nasu Utopia is actually available for day trips from Tokyo by Shinkansen.
It’s recommended for refreshing weekends with close friends or company teams.
Here, we introduce an example of a day trip plan from Tokyo Station.
🕘 9:00 Depart Tokyo Station (Tohoku Shinkansen)
Depart from Tokyo Station on the Tohoku Shinkansen “Yamabiko”.
Arrive at Nasu-Shiobara Station in about 70 minutes.
🕥 10:15 Arrive at Nasu-Shiobara Station → Transfer by Shuttle or Rental Car
It takes about 25-30 minutes by car to Nasu Utopia.
Transfer by Nasu Utopia’s shuttle, rental car, or taxi is convenient.

【Sauna Party Plan Terms of Use】
These terms of use define the conditions for using the “Sauna Party Plan” (hereinafter referred to as “this plan”) provided by Nasu Utopia (hereinafter referred to as “our facility”). Those who make reservations or participate in this plan (hereinafter referred to as “users”) are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 1 (Usage Time)
- The usage time for this plan is up to 7 hours from 10:00 to 17:00.
- Extensions are not possible, so please use within the time limit.
Article 2 (Fees & Payment)
- The fee is the amount (including tax) presented at the time of reservation.
- Payment can be made in advance or on-site on the day.
- Additional charges may apply for options such as food, drinks, and rental items.
Article 3 (Cancellations & Changes)
- On the day of reservation: 100% of the accommodation fee including tax
- 1 day before the reservation date: 80% of the accommodation fee including tax
- 2 days before the reservation date: 60% of the accommodation fee including tax
- 3 days before the reservation date: 50% of the accommodation fee including tax
- 4 days before the reservation date: 30% of the accommodation fee including tax
- 5 days before the reservation date: 20% of the accommodation fee including tax
※The above policy generally applies even in cases of delays or non-arrival due to bad weather or traffic conditions.
Article 4 (Usage Conditions & Prohibited Acts)
The following acts are prohibited during use.
- Acts contrary to public order and morals, excessive drinking, loud voices, or noise
- Use by minors only (accompaniment by a guardian is required)
- Bringing pets (please consult in advance if there are special circumstances)
- Damage or removal of equipment and fixtures
- Bringing in fire equipment (BBQ equipment is limited to what is provided by our facility)
If a violation is confirmed, we may immediately stop usage and claim damages.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- Our facility assumes no responsibility for health issues or accidents related to the use of the sauna or cold bath.
- Using the sauna after drinking is very dangerous. Please manage your health responsibly.
- Please manage valuables at your own responsibility. We are not responsible for theft or loss.
Article 6 (Other)
- User information is used for reservation management and service improvement and will not be provided to third parties.
- These terms may be changed without notice.
